Calling all Scout and Youth groups! On Sunday, October 1, the Clark County Park District will be teaming up with the Ohio Climbers Coalition and Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics Traveling Trainers for a Youth Group Cleanup Day at the Mad River Gorge & Nature Preserve in Springfield, Ohio!

During this event, we will be working with the LNT Traveling Trainers on a variety of stewardship projects including: trash cleanup, invasive species removal, and trail/stair building. This is a chance for the Scout & Youth Groups to come together for a day of stewardship and to learn more about key Leave No Trace principles that you can use everytime you explore outdoors. 

All youth must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Youth group leaders can register their group and receive the waiver form by calling the Park DIstrict at (937) 882-6000 or email info@clarkcountyparks.org.
